This brochure is a companion piece for a traveling exhibition of five contemporary photographers whose work captures the changing nature of China. The modernization of China has occurred in a relative instant with workers moving from fields to factories, from villages to huge cities. The photography varies from vivid four-color to luminous black and white images rendered here as quadratones. The juxtaposition of these photographs and the animated blocks of color conveys the vibrancy of the exhibit.
